Nazlin had become a popular and powerful threat to the previous regime of the coalition government between 2007 and 2012 and was denied her constitutional rights to once more vie for the presidency in the 2013 general elections as the state through the influence of the now former prime minister Raila Odinga and other state officers which include the chief justice and president of the supreme courts Willy Mutunga, the former commissioner of police Mathew Iteere, the director of criminal investigations Ndegwa Muhoro, the former Attorney general Amos Wako, the director of public prosecutions Keriako Tobiko, the IEBC (independent electoral and boundaries commission) and the former provincial police officer of Nairobi Mr. Kibuchi who in an orchestrated act of systematic persecution targeted, persecuted and oppressed her and her children to no end including arresting her, maliciously and falsely charging he even while there were no complainants, ambushing her and her children amidst car chases in the streets of Nairobi by armed gun-trotting assassins under state instructions, breaking into, raiding her residence and presidential secretariat, carting away five truck-loads in her absence and detaining her properties and entire office systems to-date, hijacking, abusing and holding access to her email address info@nazlinumar.com from 2009 to-date, maliciously entering her innocent and honorable names into the register of criminals in Kenya while she is innocent and has never been involved in or convicted of any crime at all howsoever for the sole purpose of compounding their human rights violations and gross persecution by denying her her constitutional right to a certificate of good-conduct which could not be issued to her without her honorable names being expunged from such record as such disabling her from clearance to vie for the presidency of the Republic of Kenya once again in the general election of 2013. These are not mere allegations but undisputed and admitted facts as in their replies to her amended constitutional petition 306 of 2011, they have not denied any of her averments but instead only filed unconstitutional objections to have her complaints dismissed by the court without a hearing at all.
